Ailing Hurriyat patriarch, Syed Ali Geelani, has regained senses, family sources said.
Geelani had fallen unconscious after he suffered heart attack early this morning. He was rushed to Max Hospital in Saket area of South Delhi by his daughter.
Geelani is in New Delhi these days due to cold temperatures in Kashmir.
“His pulse is almost normal now although he is complaining of chest pain,” a close family member of octogenarian Geelani told Kashmir Life. “Doctors are still verifying the cause of the sudden attack.”
