National Conference working president and former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah Thursday prayed for “speedy recovery” of All Parties Hurriyat Conference (g) chairperson Syed Ali Geelani.
Geelani suffered heart attack in New Delhi where he is staying these days for health issues.
“Just heard about SAS Geelani having taken ill, admitted to the ICU in a Delhi hospital. Prayers for his speedy recovery,” Omar said in a tweet.
Geelani was rushed to Max hospital in Saket area of south Delhi by his daughter early today when he complained of chest pain.
