Octogenarian Hurriyat chairperson Syed Ali Geelani is being administered oxygen as his health is “deteriorating”.
Close family sources told Kashmir Life, “Geelani Sahab has been feeling breathlessness for quite some days now and around 4 in the morning last night, he complained of severe chest pain following which his medical doctor was called.”
“The doctor administered oxygen to him which is still continuing,” the sources said. Geelani has not been able to speak for few days now because of the breathlessness.
A chronic chest disease patient, Geelani was admitted in a local uptown Srinagar hospital on Friday where some medical tests were done.
