SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has undertaken significant administrative transfers to enhance efficiency and streamline the state’s administration.
In a recent development, Sachin Kumar Vaishy, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from the 2015 batch, has been transferred from his role as Deputy Commissioner of Udhampur to assume the position of Deputy Commissioner of Jammu.
Similarly, Ms Saloni Rai, an IAS officer from the 2016 batch, has taken charge as the Deputy Commissioner of Udhampur.
Ajay Bharti, an official of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS), previously serving as the Deputy Director of Estates in Jammu, has been reassigned to the Divisional Commissioner’s office in Jammu.
