SRINAGAR: In a fresh administrative reshuffle, the Jammu and Kashmir government on Tuesday ordered the transfer and posting of two senior JKAS officers in the interest of administration.
According to Government Order No. 867-JK(GAD) of 2025 issued by the General Administration Department, Ghulam Rasool Mir, JKAS, who was serving as Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Baramulla, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government in the School Education Department.
Meanwhile, Roshan Lal, JKAS, who was earlier under orders of transfer as ADDC Rajouri, has now been posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Doda. He will fill an available vacancy in the district.
The reshuffle comes with immediate effect. The order was issued by M. Raju, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, and approved by the Lieutenant Governor.
