SRINAGAR: Authorities in the Tourism Department have ordered the closure of the Gulmarg ski resort for skiing for the 2024-25 season.
“In view of the current situation and after due consideration, it has been decided that all skiing activities at the ski stations shall be suspended with immediate effect,” reads an order.
Furthermore, all personnel and staff deployed at Kangdori for ski-related duties have been directed to report to their respective departments or corporations without delay for further assignment as per administrative requirements, the order added. (KNO)
