The authorities at Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) have decided to suspend the classwork on Thursday in wake of reports about a gunfight in north Kashmir Kupwara’s district.
“It is notified for the information of all that the class work shall remain suspended at the Islamic University of Science and Technology IUST Awantipora on Thursday,” the public relation officer of the varsity said.
The decision, sources said have been taken in view of a gunfight that is underway in Shotgund village of Handwara.
