Srinagar: Hizb-ul-Mujahideen militant outfit posters have appeared in various areas of Pulwama district, calling for the boycott of upcoming parliamentary and panchayat elections.
Praising the valour and courage of Kashmiri youth demonstrated in the 2016 uprising, the posters termed the participation in elections as “sell-out with the blood of martyrs”.
The posters, bearing the signature of District Commander Pulwama, have also warned the informers of strict action.
