I-League: Real Kashmir FC lose 0-2 to Neroca FC

After creating a history by qualifying I-League, and defeating defending champions in their opening match in Punjab, finally lost with the Manipur’s Neroca FC with a 2-0 win on Sunday.

During the match, as the 15th minute passed Krizo header off a corner kick hit the post and came back to play. And finally, during the 18th minute, a goal from Neroca made no mistake to bulge the Real Kashmir’s net.

In the 63rd minute, Neroca FC got another chance to earn the second goal. The team lost its hope after Danish Farooq missed a sitter on the 88th minute. Till now the team has four points from one win, one draw and one loss.

Earlier, Real Kashmir FC Real Kashmir had an impressive debut in the I-League. Pertinently, the team had also pulled off a major sponsorship coup by signing up sportswear giant Adidas for the national season. Till now, no other football team has an association with the global brand.
