IGNOU to Conduct Term End Examination for 38,000 Students at 35 Centres in Kashmir and Ladakh

   

SRINAGAR: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is set to commence its Term End Examination (TEE) for June 2025 from June 12. The exams will be held across 35 centres in Kashmir and Ladakh, catering to approximately 38,000 students enrolled in various academic programmes. The examination schedule is divided into two sessions daily.

To ensure accessibility for students residing in remote areas, the IGNOU Regional Centre Srinagar has established additional examination centres at Government Degree Colleges in Gurez, Uri, Sogam, Qazigund, Dooru, Thindim Kreeri, Langate, and Handwara. Notably, an examination centre has also been arranged at the Central Jail to facilitate inmates.

Hall tickets for eligible candidates who applied for the June 2025 TEE have already been issued and are available online through the Samarth portal. Students are advised to follow all university rules and guidelines while appearing for the examinations.

Dr AH Rizvi, Regional Director of IGNOU Regional Centre Srinagar, expressed his gratitude towards the local administration, police department, and postal authorities for their continued support in organising the exams smoothly. He also extended his best wishes to all the students, encouraging them to perform to the best of their abilities.
