Jammu Kashmir Govt Constitutes UT-Level Committee to Process Regularisation of Rehbar-e-Khel Candidates

   

SRINAGAR: The Directorate of Youth Services and Sports (YSS), Jammu and Kashmir, has constituted a Union Territory-level Regularisation Committee to examine and process the regularisation of Rehbar-e-Khel candidates recommended by the Divisional Level Screening Committees.

The committee has been constituted with the approval of the administrative department, according to an order issued by Director General, Youth Services and Sports, Anuradha Gupta, JKAS.

As per the order, the Director General, Youth Services and Sports, will head the committee as Chairman. The Joint Director, Youth Services and Sports, Jammu/Kashmir, will serve as a member, while the Deputy Director Central, Youth Services and Sports, JK, will function as Member Secretary. The Deputy Legal Remembrancer and the Accounts Officer of the Directorate have also been included as members.

The order authorises the Chairman to co-opt any officer or member, if required, to facilitate the committee’s proceedings.

The committee has been tasked with scrutinising the recommendations submitted by the Divisional Level Screening Committees and, after due examination, forwarding cases that are complete in all respects to the administrative department for regularisation in accordance with the Rehbar-e-Khel Policy.

The order has been issued in pursuance of the administrative department’s approval conveyed through e-office file No. 7924433 and Government Order No. 141-Edu(YSS) of 2017 dated October 27, 2017.
