SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday transferred JKAS officer Basharat Hussain, Chief Executive Officer of the Tourism Development Authority, Rajouri, and posted him as Secretary, JK Advisory Board for Development of Gujjar and Bakerwal, with immediate effect.
The order was issued by the General Administration Department (Services) through Government Order No. 1544-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated September 21.
Under the order, Rehana Akhter Bijli, JKAS, who was under orders of transfer as Secretary of the J&K Advisory Board for Development of Gujjar and Bakerwal, will continue at her present posting as Additional Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department.
