SRINAGAR: A condolence meeting was held today at the Srinagar Wing of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh to pay tribute to those who lost their lives in the tragic incident at Pahalgam yesterday.
The legal fraternity came together in this hour of grief to express unwavering solidarity with the victims and their families.
The condolence meeting was attended by Justice Sanjeev Kumar, Justice Javed Iqbal Wani, Justice Rahul Bharti, Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi, Justice Rajesh Sekhri, and Justice Mohd. Yousuf Wani, all Judges of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh.
Also present were the Deputy Solicitor General of India, Senior Additional Advocate Generals, senior designated advocates, the President of the J&K High Court Bar Association Srinagar, members of the Bar, officers and officials of the Registry, and court staff.
The gathering observed two minutes of silence to pay heartfelt tribute to those who lost their lives in the terrorist attack at Pahalgam. The attendees strongly condemned the barbaric act, describing it as inhumane and cruel. (GNS)
