Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (H) chairman, Javaid Ahmad Mir, Tuesday met Pakistani minister of political affairs, Mansoor Ahmad Khan at Pakistan High commissioner office, New Delhi.

The matters relating to Kashmir issue were discussed thread bare. Mir, while talking to Kashmir Life, confirmed his meeting with Mansoor Ahmad Khan, said, “Besides various aspects of Kashmir issue, we discussed about Hurriyat’s proposed Pakistan visit”.

Javaid later visited headquarters of Red Cross, international society, based in New Delhi and appealed for an immediate cognizance about the plight of Kashmiri prisoners languishing in J&K and outside jails.

Hurriyat Conference (M) is visiting Islamabad from December 17. The said faction of Hurriyat earlier this month visited Pakistan High commissioner office of the New Delhi to finalize the agenda.

Pertinently, Shabir Shah was not part of the Hurriyat delegation which visited Delhi. Shah later on individually visited the Pakistan high commission.

Sources said Kashmir life that Pakistan is trying to contact every prominent separatist leader before the commencement of Hurriyat (M) visit.
