A special police officer (SPO) of Jammu and Kashmir police was killed by unknown gunmen in Gutroo area of Tral in Pulwama district in southern part of Kashmir on Wednesday.
Reports said that gunmen fired at Haleem Gujjar at his residence in Gutroo village. “He died on the spot,” said the official.
The incident took place at 5:45pm in Gutroo in Aripal tehsil.
