SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) on Friday postponed the Annual (Private)/Bi-Annual 2026 Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11) examination scheduled for July 25, the Board announced in an official notification.
According to the notification issued by Director Academics Parveen Singh, the examination slated for Saturday has been deferred. The Board said the revised date for the postponed examination will be notified separately.
JKBOSE, however, clarified that the Jammu and Kashmir State Open School (JK SOS) Class 12 examinations will be conducted as per the already notified date sheet at examination centres in Jammu, Srinagar, Leh and Kargil.
The Board advised students and other stakeholders to regularly check official notifications for updates regarding the revised schedule of the postponed Class 11 examination.
