The JKCA further clarified that it shall not be bound by, or incur, any financial, contractual, legal or administrative liability arising from any unauthorised act, omission, commitment, representation or transaction undertaken by Kitab after the suspension.
The Association also advised any individual, institution, bank, vendor, contractor or stakeholder dealing with Javid Ahmad Kitab in relation to JKCA affairs after the date of suspension to do so entirely at their own risk, stating that the Association would bear no responsibility or liability in such cases.
