SRINAGAR: The New India Assurance Company Ltd., NIACL, a leading Public Sector General Insurance Company, has invited applications for the recruitment of 450 Officers (Generalists and Specialists) in Scale I cadre from the open market. The online application process begins on August 1, 2023, and the last date to apply being August 21, 2023.
The available vacancies are distributed across disciplines like Generalists, Risk Engineers, Automobile Engineers, lawyers, accountants, Health, and IT. Applications made for more than one discipline will invalidate all of the candidate’s submissions.
The vacancies are provisional and may vary according to the actual requirements of the Company at the relevant time. For eligibility, a candidate must have at least a graduate or postgraduate degree in any field from a recognised university, or any other equivalent degree recognised as such by the Central Government, with at least 60% in either of the degree examinations for general candidates and at least 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
The minimum age of the candidates should be 21 years, and the maximum age of the candidates should be 30 years. Further, the Candidates can check the eligibility criteria, age limit, pay scale, and other details available in the official notification.
Applicants must pay the application fee as per their category (Rs. 750 for General/OBC/EWS candidates and Rs. 100 for SC/ST/PwD candidates) through the online payment mode. The selection process for NIACL AO recruitment 2023 will involve several stages, including a preliminary written exam, a main written exam, an interview, document Verification, and a medical examination.
The exams will be in Phase 1, which will be the preliminary examination, and Phase 2, which will be the main examination. Phase-I Online Examination (Objective) will be held on September 9, 2023 (tentative), and Phase-II Online Examination (Objective + Descriptive) will be held on October 8, 2023 (tentative).
