SRINAGAR
A Kashmiri man passed away on Wednesday while performing Umrah in the holy city of Makkah.
The deceased has been identified has Khawaja Assadullah Bhat from Patshahi Bagh area of Srinagar.
Meanwhile, Minister for Education Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari expressed deep shock and grief over the sad demise of Khwaja Assadullah Bhat who passed away while Performing Umrah on Wednesday evening.
“In this hour of grief, I extend solidarity with the bereaved family, friends and acquaintances. May Almighty Allah grant eternal peace to the departed soul,” Bukhari said in a condolence message issued from Jammu.
