SRINAGAR: Khyber Cement has launched a series of impactful community projects in Khonmoh, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable development and local empowerment. At a special event held at the Khonmoh factory, key infrastructure improvements were unveiled, marking a significant step towards enhancing the quality of life for the residents.
The newly inaugurated initiatives include the development of a park at the Government Higher Secondary School, the construction of washrooms at the Sports Stadium, and the renovation of Hanfia School. Additional projects include ladies’ washrooms near the shrine of Sheikh Ali Sirhandi (RA), a room near Masjid Shareef Sakinar, and a compound wall and washroom at the PHE Groundwater Lift Station. Furthermore, Khyber Cement facilitated the construction of the ground and first floor of the MTI School, addressing essential educational infrastructure needs.
