Government Friday rescinded the order vide no 1141 GAD of 2013, dated August 9, 2013 issued under endorsement no GAD( adm) 144/2013v regarding appointment of Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Shantmanu as inquiry officer to enquire into the incidents of violence and arson that took place in Kisthwar on August 9, 2013 and appointed justice R C Gandhi, retired Judge of High court as inquiry officer.
