KPDCL Announces Power Shutdown in Kashmir Parts

   

SRINAGAR: Power supply to several areas of central and south Kashmir will remain affected on September 14, 17 and 19 due to scheduled shutdowns of 33 kV transmission lines, the Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) said.

According to the KPDCL, the 33 kV Nowbugh-Chadoora line will remain shut from 8 am to 2 pm on September 14, affecting power supply to Sogam, Ropore, Chadoora Town, Wathoora, Bugam, Dawlatpora, Hospital, Gudsuthoo, Panzan, Lalgam, Ranger, Kathairgund and adjoining areas.

Similarly, the 33 kV Qazigund line will remain shut from 8 am to 1 pm on September 17 and 19.

The shutdown will affect Chowgam, Lammer, Kargund, Waltengoo, Baitengoo, Razloo, Qazigund, YK Pora, Nussu, Manzmoh, Bonigam, Vessu, Mir Bazar and adjoining areas, KPDCL said.
