A spokesperson of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Chief Yasin Malik was arrested on Wednesday to prevent him from marching towards Kulgam.
He said that a police party raided the residence of Malik in Maisuma and arrested him.
The joint resistance leadership has called for a march to Kulgam today to express solidarity with four militants and two civilians killed on Sunday during a gunfight and ensuing clashes.
