A 17 year old boy Mudasir Ahmad Pir of Muqam Shahwali Village of Drugmulla Kupwara is missing since 20th January 2016.
A specially abled boy, Mudasir who does not carry any identity card cannot speak.
He was last seen near JK BOSE Bemina Srinagar, according to his family.
