SRINAGAR
In connection with the ensuing Budget Session of the State Legislature beginning on January 2, 2018, the Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly has called upon all the members of the house to send not more than 10 starred and 10 un-starred questions in relaxation of Rule 32 of the Rules of procedure and conduct of Business in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly by or before December 20, 2017.
The spokesman said, members have been asked to send not more than five Bills in relaxation of sub-rule (3) of Rule 65 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly by or before December 20, 2017.
Legislators were also asked to send not more than four Resolutions in relaxation of Rule 174 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly by or before December 20, 2017.
