SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha will chair a Unified Command Meeting in Srinagar on Wednesday, an official said.
The meeting will focus on key security concerns, including counter-militancy operations, infiltration attempts, and the rising issue of drug abuse in Kashmir.
Top officials from Jammu and Kashmir Police, Army, paramilitary forces, and intelligence agencies are expected to attend. Senior functionaries from the LG administration will also be present.
Notably, this meeting follows the Union Home Minister’s recent detailed security discussions in New Delhi. (JKNS)
