SRINAGAR: M Ashraf Shah, the promoter of Fanstoh Fantosh Readymade Garments Near Ganta Gar, is no more. He was 58.
Family sources said Shah, son of Mohammad Yusuf Shah, was battling a brain tumour and was operated upon in a hospital outside Jammu and Kashmir. However, he breathed his last during the wee hours today. He is survived by his wife and two children, a son and a daughter. His funeral prayers were offered at the family’s Buchpora residence. Mourning will be for three days, sources said.
Ashraf was the younger brother of Altaf Ahmad Shah Fantosh who passed away at AIIMS on October 11, 2022.
