SRINAGAR: The IDEX Master’s Scholarship in France for the year 2024 presents an exceptional opportunity for international students to pursue their studies abroad and join University Paris-Saclay. This master’s scholarship aims to nurture individuals with ambitions to advance their research and projects to the doctoral level.

The application process is online, with the deadline for submission set for May 3, 2024. The candidate selection deadline by the training manager is April 30, 2024, and the deadline for the receipt of recommendations from the two referees, along with the closure of the call, is May 7, 2024.

The master’s programme duration will be one to two years and will cover all areas of study except vocational training.

The institutions associated with the Paris-Saclay University include AgroParisTech, CentraleSupelec, Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay (ENS Paris-Saclay), INSTN-CEA, Institut d’Optique Graduate School (IOGS), Université d’Evry-Val-d’Essonne (UEVE), Université Paris-Saclay (UPSaclay), and Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ).

The benefits include an annual stipend of 10,000€ for students under this scholarship grant. Additionally, candidates will receive a travel grant of up to 10,00€, covering visa expenses, with the exact amount dependent on the candidate’s country of origin. Both the scholarship and travel grants will be disbursed to the candidates upon their arrival in France.

Eligibility requirements include being an international student admitted to University Paris-Saclay and its affiliated institutions. Applicants must be pursuing a master’s degree, be newcomers to France, and not exceed 30 years of age at the time of admission.

International students already residing in France for internships or training courses must have been in the country for less than a year and not currently enrolled in a certification program. Those with a three-year study gap are ineligible. Applicants who are already receiving a grant or scholarship are also ineligible.
