PDP President and Member Parliament, Mehbooba Mufti, Thursday expressed anguish over the unfortunate incident in Jammu which resulted in the death of one person.
According to a party statement, PDP President conveyed her sympathies to the family of the deceased and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
“Mehbooba also urged various sections of the society to maintain communal harmony and strengthen bonds of brotherhood and amity for which the State is known all over,” the statement said.
Mehbooba called for exercising maximum restraint while dealing with such incidents.
