SRINAGAR: The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) will hold the next meeting of the Sub-Committee constituted for the Union Territory of Ladakh in New Delhi on September 9, 2026.
According to an official communication issued by the Department of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh Affairs under the MHA, the meeting has been scheduled to discuss matters pertaining to the Union Territory of Ladakh.
The communication, dated September 3, was addressed to the Chief Secretary of Ladakh and stated that the next meeting of the Sub-Committee would be held in New Delhi on September 9.
The Ministry has also asked the concerned members of the Sub-Committee to be informed about the meeting and their confirmation conveyed to the Ministry.
The communication was issued by Poonam Thakur, Under Secretary to the Government of India, on behalf of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
