SRINAGAR: An unidentified militant was killed in an ongoing operation in Check Sadiq Khan area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Sunday, an official said.
An official said that one unidentified militant has been killed so far in the ongoing encounter.

He said that the gunfight broke out in Check Sadiq Khan area in Shopian on Sunday following a search operation.
Earlier, a police spokesman said a gunfight broke out between militants and forces in Check Sadiq Khan area of Shopian.
