BJP Member of Parliament and staunch supporter of abrogation of Article 370, Tarun Vijay on Sunday said that the election results of four states including Delhi will have a direct impact on forthcoming elections in Jammu and Kashmir.

Talking to KNS, Vijay who is also the BJP in charge for defense affairs, said: “The new phenomenon which people call as Modi wave has jolted the fossilized polity in the country and it will have a direct impact on coming elections in Jammu and Kashmir.”

The senior BJP leader observed that his party’s performance and nomination of Narendera Modi as Prime Ministerial candidate has created a new idiom for country’s youth.

“The BJP believes that the party’s performance will attract the youth of the Jammu and Kashmir particularly that from the valley. The youth of Kashmir valley are intelligent and want a bright career for themselves besides peace and prosperity of the state. The election results in the four states that were announced today will certainly invite their attention towards BJP’s vision and policy for development of the country.”

Pertinently, in his speech in Jammu on Friday Mr Vijay said that article 370 has made the state poor and deprived the people of Jammu & Kashmir of the opportunities of employment and industrialisation, and instead of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) it has led to Terrorism Direct Investment (TDI).

He said his party’s first agenda is to remove article 370 and our party will get more then 300 seats in next parliamentary elections.
