Srinagar
The historic Mughal road, linking Shopian in south Kashmir with Rajouri and Poonch in Jammu region, was closed for traffic movement following landslides on Sunday.
An official said that the road was closed after rains triggered landslides at many places.
He said that men and machinery have been pressed into service to clear the road.
