To commemorate the “supreme sacrifice” in the history of Humanity and Islam of the 6-month-old Son of Hazrat Imam Hussain in the desert of Karbala, against the tyrant rule of Yazid, students of various branches of Muthhary Public School Kargil took out mourning processions in Kargil town.
The Procession started from New Busstand Kargil and passed through Fatima Chowk, Islamia School Chowk and Khomeini Chowk and cumulated at Hussaini Park Kargil.
The students were reciting lamentations and beating their chests and cheeks holding banners and raising slogans against the world imperialism including US and Israel for their “anti-human” policies and activities across the globe.
Meanwhile the mourning assemblies are going on across Kargil, since the beginning of Holy Month of Muharram, in which people pay rich tributes to the great scarifies of the Grand Son of Prophet Mohammad (SAW), Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and his 72 companions.
