SRINAGAR: The High Court of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh has transferred Naseer Ahmad Dar, Director of the J&K Judicial Academy, and posted him as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Srinagar, with immediate effect under an administrative order issued on September 29, 2026.
The order, issued by M.K. Sharma, Registrar General, High Court of J&K and Ladakh, said the transfer and posting had been made in the interest of administration against the available post of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Srinagar.
Following Dar’s transfer, the Registrar Vigilance, High Court of J&K and Ladakh, has been assigned the additional charge of Director, J&K Judicial Academy until further orders.
The administrative order was issued from the office of the Registrar General (Camp) at Jammu on September 29.
Dar’s posting as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Srinagar, takes effect pursuant to the High Court’s administrative order dated September 29, 2026.
