SRINAGAR: In view of the upcoming NEET UG 2025 examination scheduled for May 4, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Sopore, SA Raina (JKAS), has issued a set of directives to ensure the exam is conducted smoothly and without any disturbances.
According to the official order, the Sunday Market across Sopore town shall remain closed on the day of the examination.
To facilitate the parents accompanying students, parking arrangements have been made at key locations:
For candidates appearing at Government Higher Secondary School (Boys) Sopore, parking will be allowed on the pavilion side of Subhana Stadium, while the main operational area of the ground shall remain unaffected.
For examinees at Government Degree College (Boys) Sopore, parking will be permitted around the auditorium area within the college premises.
For candidates at Government Degree College for Women Sopore, the truck terminal at Fruit Mandi Sopore will serve as the designated parking space for parents.
The ADC’s order underscores that these arrangements aim to maintain order and ensure hassle-free logistics during the examination period. (JKNS)
