SOLVED: Investigators say the murder case of Surinder Kumar  from Katra has been solved. Police arrested Sanjay Kumar, the deceased’s employee, and Subash, the deceased’s brother-in-law. Investigators say Kumar was murdered because of the illicit relation betweenhim and Sanjay’s sister-in-law.
