Tunkey-Lato’s 9814 residents in Leh planted 99013 willow saplings in 53 minutes to create new Guinness World Record breaking Philippines 2011 record of 64091 sapling plantations in an hour that had broken Leh’s 2010 record of planting 53000 saplings.
