A day after three Hizb militants were killed in an encounter with forces in Awoora village of Pahalgam in Islamabad district, a complete shutdown is being observed in various parts of the district for the second day today on Tuesday.
Shops and business establishments are shut in Bijbehara, Srigufwara, Kanelwon, Arwani and Sallar areas of the district while the traffic is off the roads.
