According to the Deputy Commissioner Budgam the arrival of Hajj pilgrims will commence from October 21, 2013.
The passes for entering Srinagar International Airport for receiving the Hajjis of District Budgam are available in the office of Deputy Commissioner which can be obtained on production of cover No. slip and identity card with phone no.
The Hajj passes can be obtained before one day of date of arrival of Hajjis.
