SRINAGAR: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) general secretary Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura has resigned from his post in the party as a member of the political affairs committee.
In a letter to party president Mehbooba Mufti, Hanjura wrote: “I do hereby resign from the post of general secretary of the party and as member of the political affairs committee today because of my personal engagements.”
However, i will continue to work as a basic member of the party, reads the letter.
