On Tuesday, he sent two separate letters to key ministers, Nitin Jairam Gadkari, the Minister for Road Transport and Highways, and Ashwini Vaishnaw, the Union Railway Minister.

In his letter to Minister Gadkari, Aga highlighted a significant concern for the residents of Budgam, particularly in the main town and the areas of Sholipora and Paimas. He called for the provision of a ramp or access point to the Srinagar Ring Road, which he stressed would improve accessibility for the local population. Aga requested that a feasibility study be conducted to incorporate this proposal into future planning, noting that such a connection would promote inclusive development and enhance regional connectivity.

In a separate letter to Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, Aga emphasized the importance of Budgam as a vital railway hub, home to the largest railway station in the Kashmir division. He pointed out that Budgam plays a critical role during natural calamities, such as the 2014 floods, when the station was a key operational centre. Aga proposed the establishment of a Vande Bharat train stop at Budgam, which he believes would boost economic activity and tourism, especially in the areas of Doodpathri and Tousamaidan in the district.
