SRINAGAR: A private training aircraft crashed near the Ganga Barrage in Kanpur on Thursday morning, killing the pilot and seriously injuring the co-pilot, officials said, according to a Hindustan Times report.
The aircraft crashed into a field near the Ganga Barrage, the report said.
The pilot died at the scene, while the co-pilot sustained severe injuries and was taken for medical treatment.
