Jammu and Kashmir Police on Saturday claimed to have recovered a missing girl within a short time in Bandipora district of north Kashmir Bandipora police traces out a missing girl within four hours of her missing.
The police spokesman said that a missing report was lodged by Sara Begum of Pethkote in Police Station Pethkote stating that her daughter (name withheld) had gone missing from her home.
“On this report, missing report was filed and swift action was taken to trace her. Subsequently, the said girl was traced out within four hours and handed over to her family members after completing all legal formalities,” a police spokesman said.
