A motorcyclist was injured after he was hit by an army vehicle in Srinagar on Tuesday.
“A case FIR number 148/2016 under section 279, 337 has been registered in police station Parimpora and investigation has been taken up,” JKP spokesperson said this evening.
“An army vehicle hit a Motorcycle on Lawaypora Highway resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist identified as Bashir Ahmad Bhat son of Abdul Rashid Bhat resident of Kawoosa,” the spokesperson added. The injured was shifted to Soura Hospital for treatment.
“Police have registered a case and investigation is going on,” the spokesperson said.
