Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) Saturday said that the interview of the short listed Kashmir candidates for the post of assistant professor economics will be held after the Srinagar-Jammu highway reopens for traffic.

Chairperson of JKPSC Lateef Ul Rehman Deva told Kashmir Life over phone, “The commission will issue a new date for the candidates who cannot reach Jammu for the interview as soon as the highway will open for the traffic.”

Earlier the aspirants had appealed to the Public Service Commission authorities to postpone the scheduled tests in view of the inclement weather conditions and closure of the Srinagar-Jammu highway.
