Rains likely to lash Valley on Nov 25

After a long spell of dry weather, Valley is likely to receive light rainfall on 25^th and 26^th November.

“The lower reaches of the valley will receive light rainfall while there is a forecast of snowfall in upper reaches on 25^th and 26^th of November,” Director MET, Sonum Lotus, told Kashmir Life.

He said, “The visibility will also improve from Thursday followed by light showers and snowfall.”

Kashmir valley over the last few days is gripped in a cold wave due to the dry weather.

Temperatures across the valley have also shown a dip. However, the break in the dry spell of weather is expected to end the cold wave.
