Provincial President National Conference Jammu, Devender Singh Rana and two party leaders Showkat Hussain Ganai and Abdul Majeed Bhat on Monday filed their nominations for the ensuing elections to the vacant seats of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Council.
Flanked by Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah and the Finance Minister, Abdul Rahim Rather, Rana, Showkat and Majeed filed their nominations before Mohammad Ramzan, Secretary, of the Legislative Council and presiding officer for the elections.
The three leaders filed their nominations, Rana consecutively for the second time.
After filing their papers, the three leaders were profusely greeted and garlanded by the senior party leadership besides host of workers and supporters.
