Incumbent legislator Er Rashid Monday held a sit-in protest outside the Jammu and Kashmir legislative assembly demanding plebiscite for both sides of Kashmir.
Rasheed sat outside the assembly and held a banner with a message, “Hold Plebiscite on both sides of LoC”.
The budget session of assembly begins today in Jammu.
