Former HoD General Surgery SMHS and founder Shaikh Ul Alam Hospital Karan Nagar, Dr Muhammad Shafi Misger breathed his last on Friday at 11 in the morning. According to family sources, Dr Misger was 70.
“Dr Sahib was not keeping well for some time and today he left for heavenly abode at SKIMS,” one of the close associates of Dr Misger told Kashmir Life.
Resident of Srinagar’s uptown Sanat Nagar area, Dr Misger after his retirement was working at Srinagar’s Shaikh Ul Alam Hospital. Known for his social work, death of Dr Misger is being widely condoled.
